About Us

My name is David Kaddatz and I'm the owner/operator of Kaddatz Home Solutions.   

I grew up on a farm and ranch in Texas and helped run our farm equipment and parts business.  Being directly involved in the ag industry, a good work ethic was engrained in me. I always had a mechanical inclination to fix things and loved helping customers. This continued into different careers as a firefighter paramedic and then eventually into a financial advisor. I've always enjoyed helping people out.  I'd always wanted to learn and possibly build my own home one day, so down the residential construction path I went. I was blessed to work for a good, successful company for many years.  Always striving for growth, I started thinking about going on my own. I'd learned a lot, and had been running jobs after being there a few months. So, prayerfully, my wife (Sally) and I decided I should start my own business - Kaddatz Home Solutions! It's been a blessing and growth opportunity and we give Jesus all of the credit!

My commitment to my customers is to always show you respect, have integrity, do my best work, and make sure your are satisfied with my work and the results.

I perform remodeling, repairing, and handyman services for almost anything in and around your home or office. I work by myself so you know exactly who is showing up every time. I try to go above and beyond expectations and being on time is very important. I can do anything from full bathroom and kitchen remodels to fixing a light switch. I'm great at problem solving and I'm here to do what my customers want and not to up-sale them on things they don't want or need. I am insured as well.

13. Trim carpentry - installing door casing, baseboards, crown molding, shiplap, and window sills
14. Tiling - installing shower tile, floor tile, backsplash tile, decorative tile and installing any waterproofing needed for tile
